Combine European engineering depth with Ukrainian wartime iteration to build defences that scale from individual soldiers to national infrastructure.

Location: Undisclosed site, one hour from London
Dates: 20 June, with selected candidates invited to stay for 21 June

We are inviting 9 exceptional engineers and builders to our first open house.

You will hear directly from Ukrainian special forces operators, then see and try a new interception capability weeks before front-line deployment.

Afterwards, we will spend the evening over BBQ with the team, the other candidates, and a few special guests.

On day one, you will present something you have built. Strong fits will be invited to stay for day two and work hands-on with the team. If that goes well, we will make an offer on the spot.

We are hiring across robotics, autonomy, embedded systems, mechanical design, production, computer vision, controls, and field engineering. The exact roles will change. The type of person will not.
Who we look for
People who build real systems fast. People who can take an unclear problem, make the first version work, test it, break it, and improve it. We care more about what you have built than where you worked.
How we work
We build in Ukraine because daily feedback cycles matter. Most defence companies are several steps removed from the battlefield and iterate on monthly timelines. We work close to the operators using our systems, learn what fails quickly, and change the design while it still matters.
