We are inviting 9 of Europe's best engineers and builders our first open house. It could be you.

You will hear directly from operators in Ukraine's special forces, then see and try an entirely new interception capability just weeks before it is deployed on the front line.

Afterwards, we'll spend the evening over BBQ with the team, the other engineers, and a few special guests.

On the first day, you will present something you have built. If it looks like a good fit, we will invite you to stay for a second day and work hands-on with the team. If that goes well, we will make you an offer on the spot.

We are hiring across robotics, autonomy, embedded systems, mechanical design, production, computer vision, controls, and field engineering. The exact roles will change. The type of person will not.

People who build real systems fast. People who can take an unclear problem, make the first version work, test it, break it, and improve it. We care more about what you have built than where you worked.
How we work
We build in Ukraine because daily feedback cycles matter. Most defence companies are several steps removed from the battlefield and iterate on monthly timelines. We work close to the operators using our systems, learn what fails quickly, and change the design while it still matters.
